This fundraising and public awareness family event, part of the National Hike for Hospice Palliative Care, will once again be held at the magnificent K2 Ranch thanks to the generosity of ranch owners Bob and Barb Shaunessy. Choose from two hikes this year based on your interest and ability – a 1.5 km walk around McCarthy Lake and an 8 km round trip hike on an easy forest trail. Each will be led by a knowledgeable guide who will point out interesting features along the way. And don’t forget your bring-your-own picnic lunch!
Click here for complete event details, downloadable forms and access to our online fundraising website where you can register to hike, locate hikers to support, or make a donation to this event.

Thanks to the wonders of our database system we can now process monthly pledges and process a tax receipt at the end of the year, so that a $5.00 or $10.00 monthly charge to your credit card by the end of the year accumulates so that we can give you a tax receipt in December. If you are interested in participating in this program simply click here. It is a wonderful way for you to contribute and by doing a monthly commitment it enables the Board to actively plan for next year.
